Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Once the packaging has been opened, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us at m.ostakkzzz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
How to return an unopened item:
- Email us with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
- We'll send you the return address.
- Return shipping for unopened returns is paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven't shipped yet.
